When I first became interested in training several years ago, I remember having a difficult time finding useful information. Sure, there were plenty of articles to read, tools to use, and philosophies to contemplate, but I remember having a very hard time figuring out what I should actually go do.
Today, climbers who are new to training have the opposite problem. It seems that new training programs, exercises, and success stories are released into the blogosphere almost every day. The challenge becomes sifting through and making sense of it all.
